Full-Time Only | No Part-Time Positions Location: Bengaluru Working hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Working days: 6 days/week Weekly off: Monday Cocoa Comaa is reopening in a new studio format, and we're looking for a Bakery & Studio Associate to join our small, hands-on team. This is a multi-functional role combining basic bakery work with customer and studio operations.We're looking for someone who is friendly, organised, hands-on and comfortable learning different aspects of a small food business. Responsibilities -Assist the Production Baker with daily preparation and production -Help with basic baking tasks such as mixing, portioning, shaping, finishing and decorating -Assist with preparation of brownies, cookies, Korean buns and other products -Help with mise en place and ingredient preparation -Follow Cocoa Comaa recipes and instructions carefully -Assist with packing, labelling and storing products -Help with production during busy periods -Learn selected products/tasks and eventually handle them independently -Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness Studio & Customer Operations -Welcome and assist customers -Manage the 20-seat studio seating area -Take and manage customer orders -Pack online and pickup orders -Coordinate delivery handovers -Prepare and serve a small range of beverages -Maintain the customer-facing area -Help with opening and closing procedures -Assist with inventory and packaging checks -Ensure orders are accurate and handed over on time -Communicate customer requirements to the production team Requirements -Prior experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, retail or customer-facing role is preferred -Basic baking knowledge or a genuine interest in learning baking -Comfortable working in both a kitchen and customer-facing environment -Friendly and confident with customers -Good communication skills -Organised and attentive to detail -Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic digital tools -Clean and responsible working style -Reliable and punctual -Comfortable handling multiple tasks during busy periods -Willing to learn and take ownership -Comfortable working as part of a very small team -Baking experience is a strong plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter more than having extensive experience. Ideal candidate -Someone who enjoys both making things and working with people. -You should be proactive, dependable and willing to step in wherever needed. Since we're a small team, flexibility and ownership are extremely important.
